This three-star apartment feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
The Space
The room itself surprised me with how thoughtfully it’s set up. There’s a proper kitchenette that actually works — I mean, you can cook a real meal here, not just heat up instant noodles. The decor has this cozy, lived-in feel without being cluttered, and yes, there are subtle cat-themed touches that made me smile (though nothing over the top). What really impressed me was how quiet it stays despite being so central — the windows do their job well.

You know what’s great about this spot? You’re literally a five-minute walk from Lublin Castle and maybe ten minutes to the main market square. I found myself just wandering out for coffee in the morning and stumbling onto these little galleries and cafes I never would’ve discovered otherwise. The building doesn’t have its own parking, but there are spots nearby if you’re driving — though honestly, you won’t need a car much once you’re here.

There’s a small grocery store just around the corner, and the neighborhood has this authentic Polish charm that tourist hotels in bigger cities sometimes miss. I ended up at this tiny restaurant they suggested that served the best pierogi I had in Poland.

Modern clean flat but really need new bedding..
Modern, clean, close promixity to the old town, very helpful and friendly host to help with check in and questions.
What could be improved: The apartment is very clean and modern, but unfortunately the pillow and the duvet were extremely poor quality and I suffered bad sleep every night. I would highly recommend the owner to replace those immediately and invest in some better quality ones. Nothing is worse than having an uncomfortable sleep during the whole stay..
There are currently roadwork right outside the apartment block and you need to walk through this very quiet side street full of mud to get to the apartment..its also quite slippery so you need to be very careful..it’s probably just bad timing for me and it’s temporary.

What could be improved: Mało naczyń (brak np. szklanek do piwa, mało sztućców). Mini-zmywarka nie mieściła dużych talerzy.

W apartamencie niczego nie brakowało aby komfortowo spędzić tydzień urlopu z rodziną.
Dogodna lokalizacja, blisko Starego Miasta. Apartament na nowym, spokojnym, małym osiedlu.

We will be coming back for sure.
Location - perfect. Just outside the Old Town, quick 3-minute walk. The area was very quiet, as we were staying in the countryside. Kitchen was well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and all needed stuff like plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, etc. Local shop (Biedronka) is just 5 minutes away. Underground parking was easily accesible. And also the access control to the building complex needs to be mentioned. One bedroom with double bed and a living room with large sofa - enough space for 4 people. A/C was doing the good job. Bathroom with shower and washing machine - big enough to feel comfortable.
What could be improved: None. All was perfect

A very enjoyable stay in a modern well equipped apartment in the very heart of Lublin.
We had excellent communication with the host Denis who sent us clear instructions on and where to meet to pick up the keys. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, clean and well equipped with all the utilities and modern conveniences you could need for a short stay (dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board, microwave, pots and pans, extra bedding etc). The flat is very central and is a perfect base for exploring Lublin. The apartment itself is virtually sound-proof and there is little to no noise from neighbours or the streets. There are external shutters and black out curtains to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. A secure off-street underground parking space is included which is a huge bonus for anyone staying with a car.
What could be improved: Everything was great but the addition of a small cafetiere/french press to make a real coffee in the morning would be really make this place perfect. There are plenty of cafe's and restaurants within easy walking distance so this isn't really much of a problem.
