Apartament OLIWKOWY Świętoduska 12 sits right in the heart of Lublin’s Old Town, and honestly, the location couldn’t be better. You’re literally steps away from the Castle and all the main sights, but tucked away on a quiet street that feels surprisingly peaceful. The building itself has that classic Polish charm — you know, the kind with thick walls and character that you just don’t find in newer places.
The Space
This three-star apartment is what I’d call perfectly practical without being fancy. The olive green touches (hence “oliwkowy”) give it a calming vibe that’s actually quite soothing after a day of exploring. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need — I mean, you’re not going to be cooking elaborate meals, but making coffee in the morning or heating up some pierogi from the market downstairs works perfectly fine.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s what’s great about Świętoduska street — it’s one of those addresses where you can walk to everything, but you’re not dealing with the noise and crowds of the main tourist strips. The Krakowska Gate is maybe a three-minute stroll, and you’ve got cafés and restaurants within easy reach. There’s actually a really good milk bar (bar mleczny) around the corner that locals frequent, which tells you something about the neighborhood.
What Works Well
The room setup is smart for the space they’re working with. Everything feels clean and well-maintained, and the WiFi actually works properly — which, let’s be honest, isn’t always a given in older buildings in this part of Europe. The shower has decent pressure too, something I’ve learned not to take for granted when staying in historic city centers. Parking can be a bit tricky since you’re right in the old town, but there are options nearby if you’re driving.

Квартира виявилася кращою, ніж ми очікували. Все чисто та охайно. Зручне розташування. Хазяїн був дуже доброзичливим. Ми дуже вдячні. Повернемося ще за можливості.
Doskonałe miejsce!
Jestem osobą wybredną, jeśli nie upierdliwą wręcz, a tu naprawdę nie mogę się do niczego przyczepić. Już od wejścia wielkie zaskoczenie w postaci dużego przedpokoju, przyjemnej sypialni, olbrzymiego drugiego pokoju i bardzo schludnej łazienki. Nigdy nigdzie nie przywitały nas pojemniki z herbatą i kawą, wyjątkowo miły gest (nawet gdy się nie korzysta). Właściwie w samym sercu miasta, wszędzie blisko.
What could be improved: Jeśli już mam coś na minus zaznaczyć to duża różnica temperatur rano między dużym pokojem, a kuchnią, łazienką i sypialnią. Sedes był nieprzyjemnie zimny rano :)

Very well refurbished and appointed apartment in a very good central location of the town
Just a few minutes from the Old Centre and for us as we were competing in a swimming championship 20 minutes from the pool. Everywhere was walkable. Kitchen was modern as was the bathroom
What could be improved: Was quite a busy road out to the front ( but double glazing reduced noise a lot) and they were doing some demolition to the building at the rear ( I appreciate outside of the Landlord's control)

What could be improved: Windows road side and without clothes certain and had blinds which is bedroom sunlight from early morning disturb and construction working start early morning so very noisy

I would totally recommend this apartment. It is well laid out, comfortable and spacious. The beds are double beds and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need if you want to cook. Large refrigerator and freezer. Large TV with Netflix. Washing machine is a plus if you have a long stay. The heating was on and it was very warm and cosy. There was even tea, coffee and sugar. The apartment is located in the perfect spot. It’s a short walk to the old town and to the promenade. You couldn’t ask for anywhere better.
What could be improved: Noisy neighbours next door even though quiet time is posted 22:00-06:00. The sound travels but I don’t think there is anything that could be done to stop this.

Very close to old town and its bars and restaurants. Walking distance to the train Station (ca. 30 minutes). The appartment is fully equipped and very comfortable.

What could be improved: The sofa could be improved with soft cover for sleeping as it feels a bit hard and might need couple soft pillows for sleep.

The apartment is nice new with lots of space.
What could be improved: If the owner improves cleaning, it would be much better. It is nice new apartment why to not pay a good quality cleaning service for the apartment ? The heating is off during the night and turns on 6:30 when the apartment is already really cold.
