The entrance has a modern, clean look that somehow doesn’t clash with the old-world charm surrounding it.

Here’s what I love about this spot — couples absolutely rave about it, giving the location a 9.9 rating, and after spending time here, I totally get why. You can walk to pretty much everything worth seeing in Lublin’s Old Town within minutes. The Royal Castle is practically around the corner, and there’s this great little network of cafes and restaurants that locals actually frequent (not just tourist traps). What’s really nice is that Kowalska Street itself is quiet enough that you’re not dealing with street noise all night, but you’re still in the thick of things when you want to be.

Wonderful
Very good location, right next to the Lublin Castle. The room is on the ground floor, which is convenient to access.
What could be improved: The staff didn’t reply to messages until our estimated time of arrival, but after we called them, they sent us check-in details very quickly.
The window is towards the street, so we need to pull the curtain off all the time for protecting privacy.

Very comfortable, with luxurious details. I appreciated the beer and bottled water in the refrigerator and the nice soaps. Perfect location, right next to the Old Town and with lots of parking nearby. Check in was easy and being able to use a key card was convenient.
What could be improved: My only complaint is that the WiFi seemed very slow.

A truly charming apartment full of character. The decor is beautifully preserved, that create a warm atmosphere. A peaceful, stylish place that made our stay unforgettable.

Perfect location for all your sightseeing, a stones throw from the Old Town & castle.
Marta was so helpful as I did have a bit of trouble trying to get into the property originally & even offered me extra towels for my stay, but as I was staying one night, the towels supplied was perfect.
What could be improved: The shower leaked all over the floor & someone coming in the main door at 6am

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it has a great location! The room was decent and came with a refrigerator, which was very convenient. The bathroom was nice, and the instructions for check-in were very clear, making it easy to navigate the hotel. Overall, my experience was quite enjoyable thanks to the hotel's excellent amenities and welcoming atmosphere.
What could be improved: During my stay at the hotel, I encountered a few issues. There were no spoons provided, which forced me to eat my yogurt with a fork. The air conditioning seemed to work at first, but later it didn't feel like it was functioning properly.
Additionally, the key card system for entering the building and rooms had some glitches. It malfunctioned during the night, causing constant beeping, and this issue continued the next morning. If I hadn't had earplugs, it would have been quite frustrating.
Cozy apartment in the historical center
The apartment is cozy and pretty, all of them are on the first floor, but ours faced a very quiet courtyard. It was very peaceful, except for when the garbage truck came at 6 am on December 24th, and then again at 8 am and 10 am 😄 The location in the historical center is perfect. There are multiple landmarks, restaurants and stores nearby. I didn't see the host (Marta), but she was very responsive via messages.
What could be improved: There was a slight issue with the toilet (continued spontaneously flushing again after we flushed) and also the shower leaks a bit of water onto the bathroom floor. Also, there is a microwave in the description of the room, and we didn't see one, but there was a stove and a multi cooker.

It is a very comfortable apartment with an amazing design. The hospitality and client-oriented approach were exceptional. I'll definitely come back here again. Thanks for making my stay so enjoyable.
