What struck me most was how lived-in everything felt, like someone actually thought about what travelers need rather than just what looks good in photos.

You’re not in Lublin’s Old Town here, but that’s not necessarily bad news. The Kredowa area is where actual locals live, so you’ll find proper grocery stores and normal-priced cafes within walking distance. It’s about a 15-minute bus ride to the historic center, and honestly, after spending your days sightseeing, coming back to a quiet neighborhood feels pretty good. The bus connections are frequent enough that you won’t feel stranded.

The Wi-Fi is solid — I worked from here a couple days without issues. Parking isn’t a problem, which if you’ve driven in Polish cities, you know is worth mentioning. The apartments stay surprisingly quiet considering they’re in a residential building, and the beds are actually comfortable (again, sounds basic, but you’d be surprised). There’s no fancy restaurant or room service, but with that kitchen setup, you probably won’t miss it.

Clean, in a new house, well-equipped apartment with everything you need to live comfortably and for a longer period, although I only stayed there overnight. Has a parking space in the garage of the house.

It’s not a marriot - you can’t require clean place without hair in the bed accoring to Owner’s words!
What could be improved: The worst experience ever! I arrived at 22:00 and when I entered the place, I found hair in the bed, on pillows etc. I contacted Booking and owner, who arrive together with wife for inspection at 23:00. When they find the same hair in bad, they told me it’s not a marriot, so I shouldnt require such quality, and if I want to have such high standard I should go to the hotel and pay much more. And I was kicked out in the middle of the night out from the place. All I wanted was clean bed with No hair in the bad. No alternative solution was proposed. When I asked for givining me money back, the owner rejected. The owner was really rude. And I felt scared.

The apartment is situated in a newly built or renovated house, a 15-minute drive from the city center of Lublin. The price for the apartment is quite affordable, but the overall quality could be better.
What could be improved: The communication with the host could have been better as we encountered issues with parking and received no response either through the messaging system or by phone. The plates were not very clean, and the frying pan was oily. The sofa was worn out and had a tear on one side. During our stay, there was an intermittent leak in the shower. The kitchen ventilation was dirty, and we noticed crumbs left under the sofa from previous guests, indicating a need for better cleaning standards. The TV remote control did not work despite changing the batteries, and the TV itself did not display any channels when turned on manually. The apartment felt cramped and insufficient for four people. Honestly, I would not choose to stay here again.

Apartment is modern and suits the short overnight stay for the company of 6 people.
What could be improved: There is not a room for common breakfast or dinner, also there is an oven and all the equipment for preparing food but there are not any dishes to prepare it. It would be better to have single microwave to warm the ready food.
