First Impressions
Walking up to Apartamenty Polonia, you immediately get the sense that this four-star property takes itself seriously — but not in a stuffy way. The building sits right on Żołnierzy Niepodległej, which honestly sounds intimidating until you realize it’s actually one of Lublin’s most desirable streets. What struck me first was how the modern apartment-style setup feels both residential and polished, like staying at a very well-appointed friend’s place rather than a typical hotel.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s the thing about Lublin — it’s not Warsaw or Krakow, so when locals tell you a location is exceptional, you should listen. Apartamenty Polonia sits in what I’d call the sweet spot of the city, close enough to the Old Town that you can actually walk there without planning your day around it. The street itself has that lived-in Polish charm where you’ll find proper bakeries next to small cafes, and honestly, the parking situation alone makes this place worth considering. You know how stressful it can be driving into an unfamiliar European city? Well, they’ve got free private parking right on site, which is basically gold in any Polish city center.
The Apartment Experience
The rooms — or should I say apartments — feel genuinely spacious, which is refreshing after so many cramped European hotel rooms. Each unit has a proper kitchenette, and I mean proper, not just a mini-fridge and a prayer. There’s something satisfying about being able to grab fresh bread from the local bakery and actually have somewhere decent to prepare it. The furnishings lean modern without being cold, and the Wi-Fi actually works reliably throughout the space. Small detail, but the windows are well-insulated, so you’re not dealing with street noise despite being right in the action.
What Sets It Apart
Apartamenty Polonia gets the balance right between independence and service. You’re not dealing with constant check-ins or rigid breakfast schedules, but when you need something, the staff actually responds. The recent guest ratings speak for themselves — a 9.8 for location isn’t something you see every day, especially in a city where tourists are still figuring out which neighborhoods matter. The apartment-style setup means you can spread out properly, whether you’re here for business or taking your time exploring Lublin’s surprisingly rich cultural scene.
Why Guests Love It
Couples seem to particularly appreciate what this place offers — there’s something about having your own space that makes a city break feel more like a genuine escape. The combination of that prime location, the parking (seriously, this matters more than you think), and the apartment-style comfort creates something that feels both practical and special. It’s the kind of place where you can imagine settling in for a few days rather than just crashing between sightseeing marathons, which honestly makes all the difference when you’re trying to actually experience a place rather than just tick it off a list.
Savvy travelers reserve a hotel in Lublin before summer brings open-air concerts, craft markets, and warm evening promenades.

Guest Reviews
Great place for sightseeing with family and friends in Lublin
Great location, within walking distance to the most important things we wanted to see and do. Also very nice that we got the two apartments right next to each other within a shared private hall. Since we were travelling with as two families of friends, we basically had our doors open all the time and sort of combined our two apartments into one, so our kids could roam freely between them. This was really nice.
The host was also very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, modern and cozy. They were clean and had almost everything we needed. There was private parking available for both of our cars.
What could be improved: The fridge did not have a freezer, so we could not have any frozen food, ice creams or ice cubes as everything would melt.
The shower cabin in one of the apartments was tiny. It was slightly larger in the other one, though.
Exceptional
The location is great and the flat was clean and comfortable
What could be improved: Everything was good
Good
Lolalizacja super.Convinient parking.
What could be improved: Zepsute zelazko.Zapchany odplyw spod prysznica.Cieknacy coffemaker
Wonderful
Excellent location with parking near downtown. Windows are to courtyard so the apartment is silent. Good contact with owner.
What could be improved: One minor issue only: shower cabin leaked a bit water, silicon renewal is needed.
Nice location for a weekend city trip
Great location, smooth arrival process with self-check in, nice design of the apartment and equipped with anything you need for the stay.
What could be improved: Travelers should note that there is no elevator (2nd floor) and that there isn’t much of a view from the apartment.
Awesome homy place!
It's very cosy, with a fresh design, even though the staircase to reach it has its own historical vibe. Everything was great for a week's stay in Lublin - next to the park and right about the pedestrian old town. Our apartment faced the inner courtyard, so it was the peace and quiet we needed for a great sleep after walking around the entire day. The host was very responsive and accomodating of all our requests and inquiries. Will definetely reccomend and hope to return one day!
Very Good
- great location (two steps from old town),
- free private parking,
- host very kind and flexible
What could be improved: Only two minor details:
- not enough dishes (for 2 persons while 4 were booked),
- frying pan not compatible with stove top (induction),
You can’t get closer to the city center with your car!
The apartment is 200meters from the main plaza and the fact that it has a private parking is a huge bonus. we didn’t meet anyone from the staff but we received all the necessary indications by mail and SMS. the apartment was very quiet (the windows were facing the internal parking) and has everything that is needed.
What could be improved: Just a little shortcoming: it doesn’t have a lift, so if you have heavy luggage it might be a little issue.
generally- very good
place is good
What could be improved: maybe need more cleaning
Very Good
The location is brilliant. A stone's throw from Plac Litewski. It is very convenient to park in the courtyard, even if the entrance is a bit complicated for large cars.
There are plenty of electrical outlets in the apartment.
What could be improved: The sink in the bathroom is too small, and the shower box cold be fixed and cleaned of mold.
