The best apartment for rent in this building out of about 10 visited

Finally an apartment in this building I cannot complain about. By far the best. And not the most expensive one. What I liked was that there were dark curtains and I could make the room dark enough to sleep well. There was a balkony with comfortable double chair overlooking the Saski Park over the street. There was a modern bathtub in the bathroom with good water pressure. There were many thoughtful details - fresh flowers, a plate of different fruit, interesting paper magazines, abundant cosmetics, TV connected to internet, pictures of Lublin on the walls, books, optional air conditioning with heating and a comfortable bed with several pillows. All in design with reasonably good taste. The bedroom area was separate from the sofa/tv/kitchen area.

As usual, the swimming pool downstairs had warm water and 10 meter distance to swim in. And the area worked well with an amazing bakery downstairs plus two good restaurants and a convenience store opened until late. Well done!

What could be improved: It would be useful to have a wi-fi password as a QR code on a table, not only in the email message. The chip to enter the building did not work (maybe the battery?) but the porter was quick to help. I wish I could find a bottle of water (or maybe it was in the fridge I never opened). Anyway - minor inconveniences.

Overall, the apartment offers everything one may need for a short, relaxing stay in Lublin.

Nice, modern, centrally located and well-equipped apartment with free underground parking and a pool. Very hospitable, accommodative and easy to contact owner. Seamless check-in and check-out process. Some other convenience services (such as restaurant, food store, beauty spa...) available downstairs in the same building. Overall, the apartment offers everything one may need for a short, relaxing stay in Lublin. We had a very nice time there.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment located near the centre of Lublin with comfortable beds and lovely views of sunsets. At times it felt like we are in the middle of the forest as the place is surrounded by tall trees and there is a lovely park nearby that runs Saturday Parkruns. The apartment building has a great little gym with spa facilities located on the ground floor that we have managed to make daily use of. Our overall experience has been very positive. Thank you ever so much to the customer care team as they have been absolutely amazing throughout our stay and make us feel very welcome.

Good

Nicely planned out with a private garage etc.
Room was quite nice aswell, good looking Interieur.

What could be improved: Wasn’t the cleanest, when it comes to utensils, there’s some rotten coffee waiting in a box should check that.
The bed being 140 when 160 fits for sure was pretty hard to sleep on for 2 people.
And sadly the spa didn’t work for the whole trip when we were there so that was pretty disappointing, to the point where we were thinking about writing the stuff for a partly refund.

Absolutely loved everything! These are the best apartments we've come across. Stylish apartment, a lot of different dishes. there is parking and a spa. Very clean. I recommend

Great location, premium quality

Great location, beautiful design. Great coffee machine, little balcony with a view on the park. A bathtub! There is a pool and a gym but we didn’t have time to check it out.

What could be improved: All was great, the only thing that comes to my mind that the appartement looks bigger on pictures.
