Here, they’ve got it figured out, which honestly was a relief after my late evening arrival in Lublin.

This three-star place sits right where you want to be if you’re exploring the old town. I could walk to the main square in maybe ten minutes, and there’s this little route through Saski Park that’s actually prettier than taking the main streets. The apartment building itself is on a quieter side street, so you’re not dealing with constant traffic noise but still close enough to grab coffee or groceries without planning an expedition.

What I really appreciated was how the room felt more like a proper living space than a hotel box. The kitchenette isn’t just for show — I actually cooked a simple meal using the local ingredients I picked up from the market near Cracow Gate. The setup works well if you’re staying more than just a night or two, and honestly, having that extra space to spread out made a difference after long days wandering around the city.

The apartment itself was lovely and totally suited our needs however the company managing the apartment were unhelpful.
The property was very modern, clean and spacious and the location was perfect for us.
What could be improved: The check in was very difficult. The code and lock key system on the door was extremely difficult to use and we could not access the apartment upon our arrival. We had to call someone to help us get in. The person helping us was unable to get us in to the apartment using the normal method and had to give us an alternative access that they usually don’t give to guests. On the check in instructions, the apartment said once we enter the first time, there will be a key card or fob for us to use to exit and enter more easily however, there was no such key in the apartment. I contacted the company straight away to alert them to this and we were told someone would drop us a fob the next day. We never received a fob for our entire stay. The apartment was also a little cold and there were no instructions provided to us on how to control the heating. Again I contacted the company about this straight away and I received the following message: ‘The apartment should have thermostats to regulate the temperature.’ We found the apartment cold throughout our stay, as we stayed there over Christmas when the weather was sub zero almost every day.

The location is good, only short walk to old town area. The apartment itself does initially appear very nice, with good decoration and smart styling.
What could be improved: This place could be very good but is let down by lack of general maintenance, all very easy to resolve. For example the light fitting is hanging down off the wall in the bathroom. The level of cleanliness is just not up to an acceptable standard, there is dust everywhere and some things are just not clean. The bedding was at least fine which i was pleased about.

Its really perfect flat for staying in Lublin.Nice view, stylish design, smart tv, large amount of light.

What could be improved: Brakowało tylko "kreta" do udrożnienia syfonu natrysku. :-)

Bardzo nowoczesny, dobrze usytuowany apartament. Straff bardzo pomocny i otwarty na prośby.
What could be improved: Niestety będąc w okresie wysokich temperatur, będąc z dziećmi, uciążliwy jest brak windy.
2 dniowy pobyt
Mieszkanie tuz po remoncie, wszystko nowe i niezniszczone, projekt wnetrza z pewnoscia wykonywal architekt, bardzo ladny loftovy styl, zauwazalna dbalosc o detale i dobre wyposazenie.
Super blisko do starego miasta.
What could be improved: Po wejsciu na podlodze lezala brudna posciel do wymiany, to samo na lozku, mieszkanie nie bylo gotowe na przyjazd (nie bylo zadnego telefonu ze jest taka "niespodzianka"). W ramach zadoscuczynienia zaproponowano nam 2 milki...pod kanapa tez niewysprzatane i jeszcze kilka malych szczegolow ale nie chce sie czepiac.
