Obiekt położony w dobrym miejscu, wszędzie blisko.. Można zabrać pieska co nam odpowiadało za dodatkową opłatą 100 złotych za pobyt 5 dniowy.. Wyposażenie mieszkania ok wszystko było prasowalnica, żelazko, suszarka na ubrania i do włosów, pralka, piekarnik, płyta indukcyjna, odkurzacz.
What could be improved: W apartamencie byl taras, ale nieposprzątany, w popielniczce były pety, ogólnie byly pajęczyny, a jesli chodzi o sam apartament to już zużyty nadający się do remontu. Np. klamka w drzwiach balkonowych wytwana czy pod prysznicem zerwany uchwyt na słuchawkę itp...Naczynia również mocno zużyte.

Spacious, modern and comfortable apartment, with a parking space. Big terrace, great location.
What could be improved: There were many little imperfections and faults (such as slightly torn curtain, broken toilet flush).

The water heater doesn't work well , there were problems with pressure and hot water didn't work as expected
The temperature in the bedroom was lower than in the rest of the apartment because the window couldn't be closed properly.
The Tv had some problems with the screen, and the remote didn't work well.
There were some missing pieces in the fridge. There were problems also with induction stove
It is definitely a pity because the position of the apartment is really good, but almost everything is worn out and should be renewed

Locations was perfect, apartment could be a bit more cleaner. The toilet flush button was broken same as 2 years ago when I stayed there so the maintenance of the property could be a bit better as well. Apart from that, everything in the apartment was ready for me (towels, bedding) and I love the outdoor area too! My go to place when staying in Lublin 😊

The proper was wonderful, great location and very clean. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Lublin. Host was very prompt with communication and very helpful indeed.

Very convenient, we liked it
The place is nicely decorated, new, and in good condition. It's very spacious. Has a huge screen TV (but no youtube access, unfortunately). The kitchen is set up quite nicely, with electrical outlets everywhere they're needed, although no microwave. It has an induction stove (and presumably appropriate pots and pans, but I didn't cook there). The bathroom is also big. Location was good; near the bus station, quiet, easy to find. Breakfast arrived at 8:30 (they said it would come between 8 and 10) and was quite good.
What could be improved: There are no reading lights in the living room or bedroom, no hooks or hanging rails in the bathroom (although there is a nice heater for hanging one towel on), nowhere to put the soap except on the floor of the shower. Secondly, it would have been nice to know before booking what time breakfast was coming. For us this time, it wasn't a problem that it came so late, but if we had needed to leave early in the morning it would have been. Also, it could come as late as 10:00 when you have to check out by 11:00. The third thing was that in the photo they sent, it wasn't clear where the lock box was. Fortunately, a neighbour helped us find it.

Very nice, clean and modern apartment located just a few minutes walk away from the old town center. Easy communication with the host. Secure parking slot in the garage.
What could be improved: Shower was usable but a bit broken, the host will fix it, he said. Bed was too soft for me. But all in all everything was fine and I would stay again.
Overall avoid as you will not have a good night sleep
Location was very good, close to old town, shops and restaurants. The apartment was big and had a lot of facilities like washing mashing, ironing board, iron
What could be improved: It was really dirty, there were crumps and hairs on the floor, the shower is falling apart, bed is the most uncomfortable bed we ever slept in and the bedding is so worn out. It was our second stay at this place and the first time we visited almost a year ago we had no major issues but now I would NOT recommend this place as it’s too dirty and in desperate need of repairs
