Sometimes the best finds come in unexpected packages. This three-star apartment sits right on Jasna street in the heart of Lublin, and after spending a few nights here, I get why it’s earned that impressive 9.5 rating.

The address says it all — Jasna 7, second floor, smack in the center of Lublin’s old town. I mean, you’re literally steps away from the main market square and all those cobblestone streets that make this city so walkable. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night, despite being so central. The building itself has that classic Polish architecture thing going on, and honestly, climbing to the second floor never felt like a chore.

Here’s where this place really shines — the room is actually more like a proper studio with everything you need. The kitchenette isn’t just for show either; I actually cooked a few meals there and found decent pots and pans. The terrace (that’s the “Taras” part of the name) faces inward to a courtyard, so you get morning coffee space without the street noise. Smart setup, really.

Butas puikus, įrengtas moderniai ir jaukiai, viskas apgalvota iki menkiausių detalių, šalia centro. Didelis pliusas - nemokamas požeminis parkingas.
What could be improved: Sudėtinga atrasti reikiamą laiptinę ir pirmąkart surinkti buto durų kodą. Mokestis už gyvūną galėtų būti mažesnis. taip pat žiemos periodu galėtų būti viduje durų kilimėlis arba koks plastikinis padėklas avalynei padėti, kadangi nuo sniego vis tiek grindys išsitepdavo.

Wyjątkowe miejsce. Znakomita lokalizacja do wszelakich spacerów i zwiedzania. Miejsce w hali garażowej kolejnym plusem, więc było na10,5. Bardzo czytelna instrukcja zameldowania. Wszystko czyste i pachnące, wyposażenie we wszystko co niezbędne, nie brakowało niczego. Psiak również czuł się znakomicie. Z ekstra tarasu z leżakami, stolikami i bujakiem, nie udało sie skorzystać, z racji deszczu, ale taka to już jesień. Ogród Saski tuż za rogiem, wymarzony do porannych spacerów, ubrany w żółte liście zrekompensował nam brak możliwości tarasowego leniuchowania. Miejsce do polecania znajomym i powracania.
What could be improved: Nie znalazlam minusów, ale warto pomyśleć nad zmianą zdjęć dołączonych do opisu, bo zbędna jest ilość zdjęć świeczek, czy drobnych dekoracji, a brakuje kilku ujęć, które jeszcze bardziej zachęcą do pobytu w tym super mieszkanku.

Чудові апартаменти! Краще ніж очікували. Все продумано, стильно, комфортно. Якісний ремонт. Це той випадок коли реально все на 150% краща ніж фото.

This flat is beautiful and very clean. Very new and still smell new. It has everything you need. In kitchen you find everything! Host is professional and helpful. Answer questions very fast and help also very fast.

Niesamowita dbałość o szczegóły. Świecę, akcesoria oraz inne udogodnienia na wyjątkowym poziomie.
Co potrzebowałem to mieliśmy.
Trochę błądziłem przed blokiem. Brakowało delikatnej reklamy na ścianie albo informacji które dokładnie to drzwi, ale to drobnostka do komfortu apartamentu. Na pewno będę korzystał oraz polecał swoim znajomym

Przepiekny apartament w swietnej lokalizacji, bardzo ladnie urządzony, w pelni wyposazony, pachnący nowością, czystością i zapachem świec. Dodatkowym atutem jest miejsce w hali garazowej, ogromny taras i to czego nie oczekujemy a znajdujemy na miejscu. Zdjęcia nie oddają w pełni uroku i przytulności tego miejsca. Apartament będę polecac znajomym.
Wspaniały apartament z rewelacyjnym tarasem
Apartament jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko sklepy, bary, wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzeba, było bardzo czysto, pachnie jeszcze nowością, wygodne, komfortowe łóżka rewelacyjny ogromny taras, gdzie można super odpocząć, zapewniono parking podziemny co jest dużym udogodnieniem, wszystko zgodnie z opisem a nawet jeszcze lepiej.
Miasto Lublin przepiękne, jest co zwiedzać, poznać historię oraz dobrze zjeść. Polecam
Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony.Gustownie urządzony.Przepiękny duży taras.Wszystko nowe , pachnące nowością.
What could be improved: Jedyny mankament tego apartamentu, to ciągły remont w sąsiednich lokalach od 7:00 do 18:00, więc pracują budowlańcy, oraz ciężki sprzęt , więc jest hałas .
Właściciel nie ma na to wpływu bo są to mieszkania w stanie deweloperskim, które ludzie sobie wykańczają.
Chętnie bym tam wrócił ,ale tak za 2 lata, jak się skończą remonty.
