First Impressions
EASY RENT- The Art, Centrum, Free Parking caught me off guard in the best possible way. I mean, the name pretty much tells you everything you need to know — it’s straightforward, no pretense, just a solid apartment rental in the heart of Lublin. Walking up to the building on Staszica Street, you get this immediate sense that you’re staying somewhere locals actually live, not some touristy bubble.
The Space
The apartment itself sits on the first floor (that’s European first floor, so one flight up), and honestly, it feels way more spacious than I expected. The “Art” part of the name isn’t just marketing fluff — there are actually some thoughtful touches throughout that give the place character without trying too hard. The kitchen setup is pretty decent for a three-star place, and you know what? Sometimes that’s exactly what you need when you don’t want to eat out every single meal.
Location Perks
Here’s where this place really shines — you’re literally in the centrum, which means everything worth seeing in Lublin is within walking distance. The Old Town with its castle and those gorgeous Renaissance buildings? Maybe fifteen minutes on foot. But what I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night, even being so central. Plus, and this is huge if you’re driving, the free parking actually works — no hunting around for spots or feeding meters every two hours.
The Details That Matter
Look, this isn’t fancy, but it’s thoughtful. The building itself has that solid, pre-war Polish architecture feel, and the apartment has been updated just enough without losing its character. The Wi-Fi actually works well (tested it thoroughly for work calls), and the shower has proper water pressure. Small things, maybe, but they add up when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two.
Why Guests Love It
The 9.1 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s one of those places that doesn’t promise the moon but delivers exactly what it says it will — and then a bit more. You’re getting genuine value in a city where accommodation can be hit or miss, especially in the center. The fact that it’s run by people who clearly understand what travelers actually need (reliable internet, decent coffee setup, proper directions to the apartment) rather than what they think looks impressive in photos — that’s worth a lot.

Guest Reviews
Wonderful
Wonderful
Limpieza, ubicación, comodidad
What could be improved: Tuvimos algún problema de acceso.
What could be improved: Sterowanie telewizją mogłoby być bardziej proste.
Super. Polecam
Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, dobrze wyposażone
Exceptional
Great location, great modern facilities, really comfy bed
What could be improved: Nothing
Exceptional
Świetna lokalizacja, spokojne otoczenie. Wszystko w zasięgu kroków.
What could be improved: Brak deski do krojenia
What could be improved:
Very Good
The property was newly refurbed and amazingly modern. It was right in the center of things with easy access for buses and the main shopping street. Had a lovely cake shop below with very friendly staff and delicious pastries.
What could be improved: It would have been nice to have a spare toilet roll and kitchen linen as had nothing to wash and dry up with let alone get things out of the oven with. Had fun watching the cars trying to park in the car park that the balcony overlooked.😊
The apartment is spacious, clean, very well located and comfortable. Access though could be improved
The apartment was spacious, well located, clean and comfortable
What could be improved: The coded door lock was a real issue to use. It needs a better system.
Things could be improved include providing a clothes drying rack and adding an English language news channel to the TV
Perfect apartment for stay in city center with garage
EASY RENT was always responsive and helpful — they organized a smooth check-out from one property and check-in to the next.
The location is great, just almost in old square, and the building itself is nice and well-maintained. Apartment was well-equipped — from fresh bed linen and towels to full kitchen appliances. Overall, we felt comfortable and had everything we needed.
The internet here was excellent — fast and reliable, perfect for working remotely.
Underground parking was super.
What could be improved: Nothing I can remember
