Komfortowe 2 pokoje 45 m, LSM, strzeżony parking w cenie

First Impressions

Walking up to Komfortowe 2 pokoje 45 m, LSM, strzeżony parking w cenie on Konrada Wallenroda street, you immediately notice how quiet this corner of Lublin feels despite being right in the city. The building itself is modern and well-maintained — nothing flashy, but you can tell someone actually cares about the property. What really caught my attention was how smoothly the whole arrival process went, especially knowing the parking was already sorted and included in the price.

The Space Itself

This three-star apartment delivers exactly what it promises — 45 square meters that feel thoughtfully arranged rather than cramped. The two separate rooms give you actual breathing space, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night. The room layout works really well for couples or even friends traveling together who want some privacy. Everything feels clean and contemporary without trying too hard to be trendy.

Location & Getting Around

You know what I love about this spot? It’s close enough to Lublin’s Old Town that you can walk there in about 15 minutes, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with weekend noise or tourist crowds right outside your window. The Konrada Wallenroda area has this nice residential vibe — there’s a decent grocery store nearby, and I found a surprisingly good local restaurant just two blocks away that none of the guidebooks mention.

Practical Perks

The secured parking situation is honestly a game-changer if you’re driving in Poland — finding safe parking in city centers can be such a headache. Having it included means one less thing to worry about, and the spot feels genuinely secure. The apartment also comes with everything you’d actually need for a comfortable stay, not just the bare minimum. I mean, they’ve clearly thought about what travelers want rather than just checking boxes.

Why Guests Love It

That 9.9 rating isn’t an accident — this place just works without any drama or surprises. It’s the kind of accommodation where everything functions properly, the space feels welcoming, and you’re not constantly dealing with little frustrations that can derail a trip. For the price point and what you get (especially with the parking included), it’s actually quite a solid deal in Lublin. Perfect for travelers who want comfort and reliability without paying premium prices.
