First Impressions
Walking up to PLATiNIUM RESIDENCE&SPA BASEN-SAUNA “BEST VIEW” CENTER on Aleje Racławickie, I’ll be honest — the name’s a mouthful, but it pretty much tells you everything you need to know. This four-star property sits right in the heart of Lublin, and when they say “best view,” they’re not kidding around. The building has this modern edge that stands out among the more traditional architecture you’ll find elsewhere in the Old Town area.
Location & Getting Around
You know what I love about this spot? It’s actually walkable to most places you’d want to see in Lublin without being stuck in the tourist chaos. Aleje Racławickie is one of those streets where locals actually live and work, so you get a real feel for the city. The main square and castle are maybe a 15-minute stroll, and there’s decent parking if you’re driving — which, let’s face it, can be a nightmare in Polish city centers.
The Spa Experience
Here’s where this place really shines: that spa and pool setup they’ve got going. The sauna was perfect after spending a day wandering around Lublin’s cobblestone streets (your feet will thank you). I mean, having a proper swimming area right in the building is pretty rare for this part of Poland. The whole spa area feels surprisingly spacious, and honestly, it’s what sets this place apart from your typical business hotel.
The Room
My room faced west, and I can see why they emphasize those views — you get this nice perspective over the city that changes completely as the sun sets. The space feels more like a serviced apartment than a traditional hotel room, with enough room to actually unpack and settle in. The kitchenette setup is basic but functional if you want to grab groceries from the nearby Biedronka and skip a restaurant meal or two.
Why Guests Love It
Look, Lublin isn’t exactly overflowing with standout accommodation options, but this place gets it right. The 9.7 rating makes sense when you consider you’re getting spa facilities, solid city views, and a location that actually works for both business travelers and people exploring the region. It’s not trying to be fancy — it’s just delivering exactly what it promises, which is refreshingly straightforward for Poland.

Guest Reviews
Great stay.
Great stay. Very friendly and helpful owner. Great facilities. Clean and spacious apartament.
Very very nice place - but on time!
Awesome apartment, great floor plan, great interior design, dedicated parking.
What could be improved: House cleaning knocked at exactly 11 am at the door and was not amused that I haven’t already checked out (check out 11 pm). She finally gave me five more minutes and was dead serious about it. Sometimes you don’t know if you should laugh or not.
Exceptional
Very friendly and helpful host, detailed instructions of how to enter the apartment and other facilities.
Super clean and comfy apartment. Location is at the heart of the city.
Didn't get a chance to use spa area, because arrived late, but it is open until 23:00 and we saw few people there enjoying themselves and it seemed to be fantastic area for relaxation.
Also, super convenient underground parking.
Overall, highly recommended!

Fabulous, luxurious, comfortable.
Location, walking distance to the centre and beautiful park. Very luxurious, high standard. Fully equipped. Safe and secure.
What could be improved: Not applicable. We loved it!
Such a wonderful stay!
I tend to travel a lot for work and have visited many places. But this one was something special. I’ve felt at home since the first moment I checked in. The open space of the room has a lookout on the main road but it’s very quiet, surrounded by green trees and the park. It gives such a relaxing mood. The tv is huge and the room has all the amenities you can ask for. Having the pool and gym available is of course a plus but what I truly appreciated was the contact with the owner who has been always super helpful for any need. My staying was great and , honestly, I was sad to leave such a place with a good atmosphere and positive vibes.
