Redwood Hostel by EASY RENT Apartments

First Impressions

Walking up to Redwood Hostel by EASY RENT Apartments on Wyzwolenia street, you immediately get the sense this isn’t your typical hostel experience. The building has this solid, welcoming presence that hints at the four-star quality inside — honestly, I was expecting something much more basic given the hostel name. But this place actually bridges that gap between budget-friendly and genuinely comfortable in a way that really works. The attention to detail throughout the property sets it apart from standard budget accommodations.

Location & Getting Around

The location on Wyzwolenia is honestly one of those spots that locals know is perfect but tourists often stumble upon by accident. You’re in Lublin proper without being stuck in the absolute center where everything’s touristy and overpriced. I mean, couples are rating this location 9.0 out of 10, and after spending time here, I totally get why. You can walk to the old town easily, but you’re also close enough to more authentic Polish neighborhoods where you’ll find better pierogi and cheaper drinks. The surrounding area offers genuine local character and authentic dining experiences.

The Room Experience

What surprised me most was how spacious the room felt — these aren’t cramped hostel bunks we’re talking about. The apartment-style setup gives you actual breathing space, and there’s a real attention to detail in the furnishings that you don’t usually see at this price point. The beds are genuinely comfortable (not just “hostel comfortable”), and you know what? The soundproofing is better than some hotels I’ve stayed at that cost twice as much. Each space is thoughtfully designed for extended stays.

Practical Perks

Here’s where this place really shines for travelers — they’ve got free private parking right on site, which is honestly a godsend in Lublin where street parking can be a nightmare. The breakfast situation is interesting too; they do breakfast to go, which initially seemed odd but actually works perfectly if you’re planning day trips or just want to eat somewhere with a view. Plus, having that apartment setup means you’re not completely dependent on hotel schedules and restaurant hours. The kitchen facilities are well-equipped for guests who prefer self-catering options.

Why Guests Love It

Recent guests keep highlighting that top-tier location rating (8.7), and after experiencing it myself, it’s clear why this place consistently hits an 8.9 overall rating. It’s that sweet spot where you get genuine comfort and thoughtful amenities without paying premium prices. The staff actually knows the area and can point you toward the good stuff — not just the obvious tourist traps. Whether you’re here as a couple looking for a romantic base or just want a solid place to crash while exploring, this place delivers on what actually matters to travelers. The combination of comfort, location, and value makes it an exceptional choice.

Apartments in Lublin suit families with bright historic windows, full kitchens, and evening loops through Saski Park paths.
