You’re literally steps from Krakowskie Przedmieście — one of the city’s main arteries — but tucked away enough that you won’t hear traffic at night. The building itself has that charming Polish character, with a modern twist that doesn’t try too hard to be flashy.
The Neighborhood
What I love about staying here is how you can walk to pretty much everything worth seeing in Lublin’s historic center. The medieval Old Town is a five-minute stroll, and you’ll find yourself wandering past centuries-old churches and cobblestone squares without even planning to. There’s this great little café around the corner — I mean, there are actually several — where locals grab their morning coffee, which tells you you’re in the right spot.
The Apartment
The apartment I stayed in was surprisingly spacious for a three-star property, with a separate living area that actually felt livable rather than just decorative. The kitchenette is functional — nothing fancy, but it has everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the nearby market and make a simple meal. The room was clean and comfortable, with decent Wi-Fi and blackout curtains that actually work (you know how rare that can be).
Getting Around
Here’s something I appreciated — parking in Lublin’s old center can be a nightmare, but the property has sorted this out reasonably well. If you’re coming by car, it’s not going to stress you out, which is more than I can say for a lot of places in historic European city centers. The train station is about a fifteen-minute walk, or you can catch a quick bus ride if you’re carrying heavy luggage.

The location is perfect. The apartment is nice and clean, with inspiring views — even from the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Shops, cafés, and restaurants are close to the apartment.

Disappointed, price to high for this quality

What could be improved: It was very dirty — even the walls and doors were filthy. The first time I stayed here, I really liked it because it was close to the city center and made it easy to plan meetings. However, this time was a complete disappointment.
It started from the moment I arrived. The confirmation said check-in was possible from 2:00 PM, but since I arrived in Lublin at 1:00 PM, I decided to double-check. I was told the apartment would only be ready at 3:00 PM. It’s unclear why a 2:00 PM check-in was confirmed in the first place.
The curtains were torn, and one window didn’t have any at all. There were very few power outlets. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with stained walls, a clogged sink, and no shower curtain, so water was everywhere — and there was nothing to wipe it with. The bathroom door looked like it belonged outside, it was that dirty.
I’m disappointed because I thought this would be my favorite place to stay when flying in from Canada.

Ми були 11 діб в апартаментах. Дуже зручне розташування. Апартаменти чисті, зручні, комфортні. Єдине побажання: якщо арендувати на тривалий термін, то не вистачає посуду для приготування їжі. В номері є одна сковорідка та одна кастрюля на 2л. Нам прийшлося купувати більшу.
Дякуємо за гостинність та сподіваємося на подальше співробітництво.
В загальному квартира нам дуже сподобалась-хороші господарі(завжди йшли на контакт),зручне розташування.
Зручне розташування,сподобалось що було досить чисто.Було все що потрібно для довшого перебування-посуд, постіль,рушники,миючі засоби. Була посудомийна машина та пральна-це дуже комфортно.
What could be improved: Перестав працювати кондиціонер на другий день перебування.Ніхто його не полагодив.Але вирішили проблему -нам додатково дали ще один обігрівач .Не було холодно. Іще -не було шторки у ванній кімнаті-це не дуже зручно,бо вода всюди розтікалася

Розташування класне! Самий центр старої частини міста. На кухні є все, що може знадобитись.
What could be improved: Ми жили на третьому поверсі. В квартирі була скошена стеля і маленьке вікно через яке ми бачили тільки дах будинка навпроти. Кімната для розташування не більш двох мала бути. В санвузлі завжди був запах каналізації і ми з цим не могли впоратись.
