Town Square Apartment sits directly on Rynek, which means you’re literally living on Lublin’s main square — and honestly, the location doesn’t get much better than this. I mean, you open your windows and there’s the medieval market square right below, with all the cafes and street musicians. The building itself has that old Polish character, though it’s been updated enough that you’re not dealing with ancient plumbing or anything like that.
The Space Itself
This three-star apartment feels more spacious than typical hotel rooms you’d find in the area. The kitchen is actually functional — not just a mini-fridge and hotplate situation — so you can make proper meals if you want. The furnishings are simple but comfortable, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being right on the square; the windows do a good job of blocking out most of the noise.
Exploring Stare Miasto
Being in Stare Miasto means you can walk to pretty much everything worth seeing. The Lublin Castle is maybe a ten-minute stroll, and you’ve got Grodzka Gate practically around the corner. There’s this little restaurant called Mandragora just down the street that serves incredible pierogi — locals actually eat there, which is always a good sign. The Trinity Tower is close enough that you’ll probably climb it at least once for the views.
Daily Life Here
Mornings are particularly nice because you can grab fresh bread from the bakery right on the square before the tourist crowds show up. The apartment has everything you need for longer stays — decent Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and enough counter space to actually use that kitchen. Parking can be a bit tricky since you’re in the old town, but there are spots available if you’re patient or willing to walk a few blocks.
Why Guests Love It
Look, it’s not fancy, but it gives you a real taste of living in historic Lublin rather than just visiting it. That 9 rating makes sense when you factor in the location, the space, and the fact that you’re paying reasonable rates to stay right on one of Poland’s most charming market squares. You know what really sold me? Sitting by the window in the evening with a beer from the local shop, watching people cross the square as the old buildings light up.

Bardzo klimatyczne, urocze miejsce na weekendowy wypad ale i na dłuższy pobyt też super. Fantastyczna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, po wyjściu z bramy od razu jesteśmy na starym mieście, Wszystko dobrze przygotowane, ciepło, czysto. Polecam serdecznie.

Great location and in general a lovely and clean flat.
What could be improved: We booked 2 bedroom flat but the unfolded sofa in the living room was uncomfortable.
The bedding and linen was basic.
The blinds don't roll down all the way so it is quite bright from lights outside at night.

Great location, there are many restaurants and cafes near the house. Close to the bus station. Modern repairs were made and there were all the necessary dishes and appliances. A wonderful city with beautiful views!
What could be improved: It was quite dirty, hair in the sink and in the room, dirty mirrors, shower, kettle. Sticky microwave, shelves covered in dust. I walked barefoot in the kitchen without slippers, then immediately went to wash my feet, the floor is also dirty. We got the impression that before our arrival, the garbage was simply thrown out and the bed was made, but the cleaning was not done.

Great old town apartment to stay in Lublin
It's a great apartment in one of the best spots (imho) in Lublin - old town. Locations like the castle, Lublin Aqua and others easily reachable by foot.
A nice set of restaurants at the plaza downstairs (Polish, Indian, Jewish).
The apartments are fully equiped, with two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, shower, washing machine, wi-fi - so should fully satisfy all needs.
The owners even provided a small welcoming package - bottles of water and candy. Kitchen has complimentary coffee, tea - that is super nice for this price level.
What could be improved: We would have loved just a little bit more of cleaning (see photos attached).
All windows have mold growing on the rubber/silicon parts. My wife is (apparently) allergic to it.
Neighbour ladies downstairs chain-smoked downstairs in the stairway and in the WC that has joint ventilation shaft for all apartments
Car parking is tricky. Private parking at the square a bit further away is a highwhway robbery ~20€/day. We managed to find a single spot in a narrow street just below the apartments, for ~6€ for 3 days (Fri-Sun) of city council parking.

Lublin is a fantastic city. Stunning views , fabulous food excellent and friendly people.
What could be improved: The Wi-Fi in the apartment was patchy but it might be due to location-old town.
