The building has that understated Polish charm — nothing flashy, just solid and welcoming in a way that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled onto something locals know about. I actually appreciated how it doesn’t try too hard to impress from the outside.
The Location Sweet Spot
Here’s what I loved most about staying here — you’re literally a two-minute walk from Krakowskie Przedmieście, which is Lublin’s main pedestrian street where all the action happens. The famous Lublin Castle? Maybe eight minutes on foot, if you walk slowly and stop to take photos. But being tucked away on Zielona street means you escape the tourist crowds and late-night noise, which, trust me, matters when you’re trying to sleep.
The Apartment Experience
This is definitely more apartment than hotel room, and that’s the whole point. My unit had a proper kitchenette with everything you’d actually need — not just a mini-fridge and a prayer. The space felt lived-in rather than sterile, with decent furniture that’s clearly been chosen for comfort over Instagram appeal. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which isn’t always a given in these older buildings in Poland’s smaller cities.
What Makes It Work
You know what struck me? This three-star place gets the basics absolutely right without any unnecessary frills. The beds are comfortable, the shower has proper water pressure, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. The staff genuinely seems to care — they gave me detailed directions to a local restaurant that turned out to be fantastic, plus tips about which bus to take to the airport that saved me probably fifteen euros on a taxi.

Look, this isn’t going to blow your mind with fancy amenities or stunning views, but it delivers exactly what most travelers actually need. You get independence with that apartment-style setup, you’re perfectly positioned to explore Lublin’s Old Town on foot, and the value is honestly pretty great for what you get. I’d definitely stay here again — sometimes the best places are the ones that just work without making a big deal about it.

Great location on the main pedestrian street in the city. Close to sights and shops. Comfortable beds and clean bedding.
What could be improved: Cleanliness: the cleaner could put more effort into cleaning the property, especially the toilet bowl (it’s almost black inside) and the dishes.
Noise: sounds coming from the street may be unbearable for some people.
It was great
The apartment was big and clean and we had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable, the TV and remotes worked and the location was in the centre of the city so everything was close. We liked our stay here. The staff was also really kind and helpful, they even let us check in earlier than the hotel stay to leave our luggage. We really liked it here.
What could be improved: The kitchen supplies, especially the electric kettle looked like it was dead inside. It was so disgusting I thought I'm gonna throw up. We had to make our tea in the microwave. We wanted to boil the water in a pot but the pot they had there was not suitable for induction cooker. We sighed with relief when the pan worked at least. I also wonder how often they check the pantry (teas, coffee, salt etc.) that was already in the kitchen. We didn't use it because we were scared it could be expired or something. Also the water pressure in the shower was so low we had to wait really long for the water to get warm enough which was slightly irritating but wasn't that big of a deal I guess. Besides that everything was just fine.

I was staying with 2 children and each of us had a bed. Unfortunately non of us could sleep in the bed as the heat was unbearable.
What could be improved: The apartment is above the kebabs restaurant/ takeout. Whole floor especially in the bedroom was really hot. The temperature in the apartment wasn’t lower than 29C even during the cool night. Fan wasn’t giving any comfort. Every window had to be open and noise from the street was very loud till 2am.
Door to the apartment is like a door to the room. Very flimsy.
Wonderful
Location Is absolutely perfect . 2 mins walk from the main square with loads of restaurants, cafes and attractions. We did not have to use public transport almost at all ,most of the attractions were a mix of 20 min walk.
The apartment is bright and big with plenty of seating area. Very comfortable and clean.
What could be improved: Personally the shower could be upgraded a little bit. There is no hanger for the shower head so you have to hold it in your hand when taking showers; not too comfortable especially when washing your hair.
We enjoyed our stay and Lublin!

What could be improved: Heavy chemical smell of cleaner, no internet connection, couldn't get the hotplate to work. But again, the room is huge.

Great location if you are there to party; not with kids or if you want to get a good night sleep.

What could be improved: Location. Cleaning crews start when tourists leave so there was a street sweeper in front of our windows at 2am. Then all the drunks leaving pubs.
