It’s actually an apartment complex that feels more like staying in someone’s stylish city pad than a sterile hotel room. The 24-hour check-in promise isn’t just marketing speak either — I’ve seen guests rolling in at odd hours without any hassle.
Location & Getting Around
Honestly, the location on Aleje Racławickie puts you right in the sweet spot of Lublin. You’re close enough to the Old Town that you can actually walk there in about fifteen minutes, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the weekend party crowds. The street itself is pretty busy during the day — it’s one of those main arteries that locals use — but the building is set back enough that noise isn’t really an issue.
The Apartment Experience
What struck me most about this four-star place is how they’ve managed to make each unit feel genuinely homey. The apartments come with proper kitchenette setups, which means you can actually cook if you want to (and trust me, after a few days of Polish pierogi, you might want a break). The spaces are larger than what you’d get in a traditional hotel, and there’s this nice art-focused theme throughout that gives the place some personality.
The SPA & Amenities
The spa area is where this place really shines, though. It’s not huge, but it’s well-designed and actually feels like a proper retreat after a day of wandering around the city. The pool area (they call it “Basen”) is compact but clean, and I’ve never seen it overcrowded. There’s decent parking available too, which anyone who’s tried to park in European city centers will appreciate. The whole building has this modern feel that works well with Lublin’s mix of old and new architecture.
Why Guests Love It
You know what really sets this place apart? It’s that perfect balance between independence and service. You get the freedom of an apartment with your own space and kitchen, but there’s still someone available if you need help or recommendations. The 8.5 rating makes sense when you consider that you’re getting more space for your money than most hotels, plus amenities like the spa that you wouldn’t expect in an apartment setup. Bardzo estetyczny i dobrze urządzony apartament (internet, pralko-suszarka, żelazko... wszystko czego potrzeba). Fajny widok z okna na park i miasto. Idealna lokalizacja w samym centrum.

What could be improved: Delikatne problemy przy pierwszej próbie otworzenia apartamentu poprzez kod - za kolejnym razem szło nam to już troszkę lepiej
Good location, horrible service, torn infrastructure
The location is pretty convenient. Self checkin
What could be improved: The property was not clean, there was moldy coffee inside the coffee machine, the toilet was full of hair, etc. There is a hole in the toilet door that is pretty much the first thing you see when you enter the apartment.
Bed needs at least a new mattress. A/C doesn’t work. Water dripping from every faucet, due to lack of maintenance. New rubbers would solve it. Ask them to fix it over a 3 nights stay. Water dripping all night and good sleep are not compatible. Not to mention the waste and impact in nature. Absolute nonsense and lack of awareness.

Świetnie wyposażone mieszkanie, doskonałe do spędzenia chwili we dwoje. Świetna i pomocna obsługa mimo problemu, który pojawił się późnym wieczorem.
Pleasant
The bathroom is designed very well. The shower is spacious, and the water doesn't get out from the basin at all.
The kitchen area in the room is very helpful. The fridge is big enough to store food for a whole week, and the induction stove works as new. There are a lot of plates, bowls, pots, etc. You can cook almost anything you wish.
The wall separating the bed from the rest of the space makes you feel like you're in a separate room when you're using the bed — a big plus.
What could be improved: The place is crawling with silverfish. We've found them in the bathroom and even on the bed!
The bed itself is very worn down. It caves in the middle, making it very uncomfortable, especially for two people to sleep on. The bedsheets, duvet insert and pillows should be washed professionally or changed completely. Both my partner and I got terrible acne after sleeping there - this never happens to us.
The instructions to enter the room are too long. The information could be written more concisely.

What could be improved: These guys need to make some changes. The curtain system was very cheap and the curtains tore off in our hand when we tried to move them. The couch is for a dwarf, like for a child, like 30c off the ground, very uncomfortable to si in.
